Update: CBSE has conducted cbse class 10 exam 2018 successfully. Lakhs of students appeared in cbse board 10th class exam this year from the four different zones. Now it’s time to release the result of cbse 10th class exam 2018. CBSE will likely to release the 10 class result in the month of May-June, 2018.

CBSE 10th class exam 2018 at a glance:

The Central Board of Secondary Education popularly known as CBSE  has released class 10 date sheet. The candidates of CBSE class 10 can log in to the official website of CBSE i.e cbse.nic.in to see their date sheet. This time the CBSE class 10 exam will begin on 5th of March 2018 and will come to an end on 4th April 2018.

Last year CBSE class 10 exam was postponed for a week due to the elections, giving students more time for the preparations. In contrast to the last year, where the CBSE class 10 exam started with Hindi Core (302), this time it will begin with ENGLISH CORE (301).

CBSE class 10 students can log in to the official website cbse.nic.in to access their sample papers. The Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE) is divided into four zones i.e East Zone(Allahabad and Guwahati region); West Zone(Ajmer region); South Zone(Chennai region); Nort Zone (Delhi and Chandigarh region).

CBSE 10th class exam 2017 at a glance:

Last year, a whopping 16,67,573 number of students appeared for CBSE Class 10 Board Exam. The total number of exam centres were 3972 for CBSE class 10 board exam. 16347 affiliated schools are registered to CBSE till 2017.

The number of boys having 10 CGPA were 1,05,188. While the female candidates having 10 CGPA were 1,00,950. last year, the CBSE class 10 result was declared on June 3, 2017. This time also, CBSE result will be declared in the first week of June 2018.

How to Check CBSE Class 10 Result 2018:

The candidates of CBSE class 10 can log in to the official website of CBSE i.e www.cbse.nic.in to access their results. In order to get CBSE class 10 result the candidates need to have their CBSE Roll no., the centre no. and school number. The CBSE class 10 result can also be provided through SMS and IVR i.e result via a call.

What to Choose After CBSE 10th Result 2018?

After the CBSE 10th class result is out, the candidates can choose among Science, Commerce or Arts Stream for their further studies. Following are the disciplines which the students can choose after CBSE 10th Board Result.

SCIENCE: If the candidates choose Maths over Biology then the candidates can pursue Engineering and can also simply pursue BSc in Mathematics.

If the candidate chooses Biology after their class 10th result then they have chances of going in the medical field.

Commerce: The candidates opting for this stream can become Chartered Accountant(C.A), Chartered Secretary(C.S).

ARTS: Arts candidates can try in the field pubic service exam such as UPSC, SSC and other government jobs.
